By accessing, browsing, or using the g5555 platform (available at g5555.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications, collectively "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the g5555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the g5555 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

g5555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during the period of unverified use may be withheld.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the g5555 Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

When registering on g5555, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g5555 login credentials, including your username and password.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory at g5555. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation. Accepted documents include:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides clearly legible and unexpired);
• Valid Pakistani passport (biographical data page);
• NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) where applicable.

g5555 reserves the right to request additional documentation including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or a selfie with your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

All transactions on the g5555 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits are processed in real time or near real time depending on the payment method used. g5555 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. g5555 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for standard requests; however, processing times may vary depending on volume, verification requirements, and payment method characteristics.

g5555 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending verification of the source of funds, completion of bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are set out in the Platform's payment information pages, which are updated from time to time.

g5555 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all g5555 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, IP address, and device;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except in cases of manifest error or event cancellation as determined by g5555;
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game outcome, g5555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts;
• g5555 reserves the right to void, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion where there is suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of errors;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant betting interface;
• For live casino games, the outcome of each round as determined by the live dealer feed is final. Technical malfunctions resulting in an interrupted or incomplete round will be governed by the specific game provider's rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g5555 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts or accounts in the name of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in any automated manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct intended to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Engaging in chip dumping in live poker or other multi-player games;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any transaction that is illegal under applicable law;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of the Platform;
• Posting defamatory, offensive, or illegal content through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the g5555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of g5555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The g5555 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g5555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

g5555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. g5555 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. g5555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Your use of the g5555 Platform is also governed by the g5555 Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms.

g5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may close your g5555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method subject to applicable withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts subject to active investigation for suspected prohibited conduct may be frozen pending conclusion of the investigation. Funds in frozen accounts are held securely and will be returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which g5555 is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the g5555 complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

g5555 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notification through the Platform or via email to registered users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the g5555 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure through customer support.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing via the support email address above. g5555 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable to your jurisdiction.
